  • A Sound bath, or sound healing is a form of meditation. Sessions allow you to experience various frequencies and vibrations which create your unique journey. Lay back, relax, and let the sounds and vibrations wash over your body.

    Sound healing is supportive in many ways. It can help manage stress, anxiety, depression, tension, trouble sleeping, mood imbalance, and release stuck energies. Sound healing can provide alignment, clarity, rest, and relaxation. 

  • A noninvasive session in which instruments are placed on and around the physical body. This allows for a deeper level of resonance that permeates the body.

    This is not recommended for pregnant clients or those using a pacemaker. 

  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday & by appointment.

  • Yes, group sessions may be offered in-studio, or at your designated location.
