  • A Sound bath, or sound healing is a form of meditation. Sessions allow you to experience various frequencies and vibrations which create your unique journey. Lay back, relax, and let the sounds and vibrations wash over your body. 

  • De-stress & unwind!

    Sound healing is supportive in many ways. It can help manage stress, anxiety, depression, tension, trouble sleeping, mood imbalance, and release stuck energies.

    Sound healing can provide alignment, clarity, rest, and relaxation. 

  • A noninvasive session in which instruments are placed on and around the physical body, allowing for a deeper level of resonance that permeates the body. Instruments used may include tuning forks (both weighted and unweighted, Tibetan bowls, drums, gongs, and more.

    This is not recommended for pregnant clients or those using a pacemaker.

  • I always recommend dressing in comfortable layers, without zippers and buttons, if possible. You may want to bring water or your favorite drink (no caffeine) to hydrate, and a journal for reflection.

    As always, please come with an open mind, as you will be more receptive to the healing properties of this modality.

  • I offer corporate wellness sessions, Wellness Parties, private 1:1 and couple’s sessions, day retreats & drop-in classes.

  • These are offered on Saturday, Sunday, and by appointment.

    Private sessions for one to two people are available in Fulton, MD, at Shift Yoga Studio and in Bethesda, MD, at Oasis Pelvic Health and PT.

  • Yes, all of our group services can be offered at our location or yours. We host private wellness parties in our studio spaces (in Fulton & Bethesda) and also happily offer mobile sessions at your designated location.
